Arrive to San Jose, Costa Rica. One of our staff will be waiting for you outside the airport to transfer to your accommodation and enjoy your first dinner.. Bienvenidos! Depending on your arrival time, we will have a chance to explore San Jose at night.

Day 2: Zipline to the beach

After breakfast, you will go to the Central Pacific Coast, break the drive in Jaco for lunch and go ziplining.

In the afternoon you can enjoy a sunset on the beautiful Manuel Antonio beach and chill out.

Day 3: White Water Rafting The Savegre River

Today, we will drive for 45 minutes to el Silencio to get on 4x4 cars to Rio Blanco and start making our way to Rio Savegre for 25-30 minutes. We will raft the beautiful waters of the Savegre for 2,5-3 hours and we will have lunch in the river banks, hike to a waterfall and complete your trip.

After rafting, we will return to our base house to relax at the pool or to the beach for another magnificent sunset.

Day 4: Hike Manuel Antonio National Park & Catamaran Tour

After breakfast, pay a visit to Manuel Antonio National Park, the most famous park in Costa Rica. Manuel Antonio is well known for its wildlife sightings and beautiful scenery. Wear your bathing suits because the beaches inside the park are some of the most stunning!

In the afternoon, you will go on a catamaran tour. During the tour, if you are lucky, you will spot dolphins and other marine creatures. The catamaran tour is well known for incredible views while enjoying a delicious dinner and drinks. Depending on your departing flights, we will return to San Jose tonight or tomorrow morning.

Day 5: ¡Buen Viaje!

After breakfast you will go back to San Jose, your guide will drop you off at the airport. Say adios to Costa Rica and head out on your flight home. Pura Vida!

In the Bateyes students will stay at the ASCALA volunteer facility near the town of Consuelo. Rooming will be bunk style shared lodging with 2-6 people per room. The rooms all have fans we a nice common area and a lot of outdoor space.

In Bayahibe students will stay at Hotel Bayahibe in rooms of two to three students
